A pure heart. Although a person’s appearance can look beautiful, it doesn’t last forever. A person’s inner beauty is what truly matters.

I am most satisfied with my mouth because smiles can melt everyone heart and is the best universal language.
Do you have any expectations towards the Pageant?
I want to be able to represent Vancouver to compete in Miss Chinese International Pageant.
What areas do you want to better yourself?
Although I have a lot of experience on stage as a dancer, I lack confidence in public speaking. I hope the Pageant could give me a platform to become a better self.
Reasons for joining the Pageant:
To learn new skills, knowledge, and expand my social circle
Why do you think you will excel at this Pageant and be crowned Miss Chinese Vancouver?
I grew up in Vancouver so I am very familiar in city’s culture. In addition, I spent a majority of my childhood living with my aunt. Being my elder, she was able to teach me a lot about Chinese culture as well. This makes me knowledgeable in both cultures. Also, I believe that my persistence and positivism will lead to good outcomes.
If you won this contest, how, as Miss Chinese Vancouver, would you contribute to the society and the world?
I want to be able to create awareness in as many charities and animal societies as I can. I hope that more people will know of others in need and lend them a helping hand.
